When will my pre-order be shipped?

Pre-orders will be shipped out the first week of November.

Do your products contain artificial fragrances?

No. Our products are free from added fragrances and perfumes. Any scent comes naturally from the herbs, oils, and beeswax used in each formulation.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

Our products are formulated with simple, gentle ingredients and without added fragrances. However, every person's skin is unique. We recommend performing a patch test before first use.

Are your products safe for children?

Yes, our products are made with gentle ingredients. Because every child is different, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before using any new skincare product on infants or young children.

Are your products safe for pets?

No. Our products are formulated for human skin and are not intended for use on animals. Because pets groom themselves, anything applied topically is likely to be ingested, and several of our botanical ingredients are not safe to swallow. Please keep our products out of reach of pets, and consult your veterinarian before applying any topical product to an animal.

Why are there specks in my salve?

Each botanical oil is triple filtered before it goes into a batch, but because we work with whole herbs rather than extracts, a fine piece occasionally makes it through. It is a normal part of a small-batch, plant-based product and does not affect quality or how the salve performs.

How should I store my products?

Store your salves and lip balms in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid exposing them to excessive heat, which may soften the product. Natural ingredients may become softer in warm temperatures and firmer in cooler temperatures. This is normal and does not affect product quality.

How long do your products last?

Each product is labeled with a recommended use-by date. Because our products contain natural ingredients and no added preservatives, proper storage helps maintain freshness.

Why does the color vary from batch to batch?

Because we use real botanical infusions, slight variations in color are natural and expected. Every batch is made using the same formulation, but herbs can vary with each harvest.

What is your return policy?

Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of delivery, and return postage is paid by the customer. Opened products cannot be returned unless they are defective. If your order arrives damaged, defective or wrong, email us within 14 days and we'll refund or replace it and cover the postage.

Do your products cure medical conditions?

No. Our products are intended to support healthy skin and provide topical comfort. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
